ตลาดน้ำคลองโคกขามร่วมใจประชารัฐ เป็นตลาดน้ำที่มีสะพานข้ามไปตำบลพันท้ายนรสิงห์ได้ เรียกได้ว่ามาเที่ยวตลาดน้ำคลองโคกขามก็สามารถข้ามไปเที่ยวฝั่งตำบลพันท้ายนรสิงห์ได้ด้วย อีกทั้งจะมีเรือให้บริการในการนั่งเรือเที่ยวไปที่ศาลพันท้ายนรสิงห์ด้วยเช่นกัน เพื่อให้นักท่องเที่ยวได้เที่ยวชมชุมชนประวัติศาสตร์ โดยตลาดน้ำแห่งนี้ได้รับงบสนับสนุนจากโครงการเพิ่มความเข้มแข็งของเศรษฐกิจฐานราก ตามแนวทางประชารัฐ ซึ่งเกิดจากความต้องการของประชาชน คือ ประชาชนพ่อค้าแม่ค้าที่มีอาชีพค้าขายที่อาศัยอยู่ในชุมชน นำปัญหาเรื่องค่าเช่าที่ขายของแพงมาเสนอในที่ประชุมประชาคมหมู่บ้าน ในกลุ่มจึงเกิดเป็นความคิดที่จะทำตลาดน้ำชุมชนขึ้น เพื่อให้มีที่จำหน่ายสินค้าที่มีราคาค่าที่ย่อมเยาเพิ่มขึ้น


โดยตลาดน้ำคลองโคกขามนี้ตั้งอยู่ที่ริมคลองข้างวัดโคกขาม จะจัดขึ้นในวันหยุดเสาร์-อาทิตย์ และวันหยุดนักขัตฤกษ์ ตั้งแต่เวลาประมาณ ๑๐.๐๐น. ไปจนถึงช่วงเย็น ในตลาดก็จะมีทั้งอาหาร ของทานเล่น สินค้า OTOP ในจังหวัดสมุทรสาคร สปาเท้าด้วยการแช่น้ำเกลือ มีพื้นที่ทำกิจกรรมแสดงออก เป็นต้น
